From the Severn River off Horn Point to Annapolis Harbor and Spa Creek sailing classes are quite often seen taking place Sunday morning’s starting in the Spring and ending around late Autumn, after all this is America’s Sailing Capital. From young children to older adults, and all ages in between, the number of sailing classes held in Annapolis can at times out number those for other organized recreational activities.

Today’s featured photograph is of three young sailors applying their navigation skills so as to maneuver in close proximity to one another while making their way due west in the direction of Acton Cove.

If you have always wanted to learn how to sail remember that there are plenty of great places to do so right here in Annapolis,

Glenn
