A Humid Cloudy Morning on Church Street

Yes while the title above today’s Annapolis photograph notes Church Street I am aware that it is in fact referred to as Main Street, and has been for a fair number of years. Just a little City history to start the day with is all. In any case the early morning hours were cloudy and excessively humid for sure as I made my way up from the waterfront to Church Circle for meeting on West Street at 9.

Finding the sidewalk in front of me devoid of people or visual clutter, stretching from the hat store at the corner of Green Street up past Chick and Ruth’s prior to Conduit Street, a photograph seemed quite in order. Taking advantage of the quiet and calm of a usually busy setting can at times supersede the requirement of optimal lighting conditions for one’s photograph, as was the case earlier.

Once again please remember to stay well hydrated when out and about today,

Glenn
